DESIGNS. - You can only choose from our design templates, approved website such as Canva and Greetings Island, or send us your ready-to-print layout.
- If you chose to use our design templates, please note that font styles, florals, and other design elements of our templates cannot be changed. Only the font size, font color, background color, event details and text arrangement can be changed.
SOFT COPIES
- Q: Can I get soft copy of my invitation?
- A: JPEG copies of the inserts will be provided for free. Editable files and pdf copies will not be provided.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
- Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
- A: The minimum quantity you can order is 10 sets. But you can only avail the free layout service when you order at least 30 sets.
- Q: How do I order?
- A: Fill up the order form <link> and send it us via facebook messenger.
PAYMENT
- Q: What is the mode of payment?
- A: We accept payment via GCASH or BDO. The details will be included in the invoice once you order.
For orders less than Php8,000, we require full payment. For orders Php8,000 and up, we require 60% downpayment, then 40% prior to delivery. No COD.LEADTIME
- Q: How long is your lead time?
- A: We will release your order within 15 working days after payment is settled and other needed information are sent to us.
- Q: Do you accept rush orders?
- A: Yes, here are the fees Click Here. Though, our slots for rush orders are limited and can quickly be filled in. So message us for feasibility inquiry.

- A: Our shop is located at 14A-31 Messina St. iL Giardino Residences Brgy. Buenavista I General Trias, Cavite (searchable via Waze).
- Q: What is your office hours?
- A: Our production floor is open Mondays to Fridays 8AM to 5PM. Our graphics and sales team works on a different time schedule.
- Q: Can I visit your shop to inquire and test print?
- A: Please message us ahead of time if you plan to visit so we can arrange someone to entertain you inside the shop. Test printing is not allowed due to high volume of production daily.

- A: We ship via Lalamove or J&T nationwide. You can also pick up your order from our shop if you’re nearby.
